From writer-director David Lowery (The Green Knight, A Ghost Story) and set to a soundtrack of original songs by Jack Antonoff, Charli xcx and FKA Twigs, Mother Mary is an intimate, haunting drama about fame and reinvention.

The film follows a world-famous pop icon (Anne Hathaway) who abandons her tour after an onstage collapse and retreats to the workshop of Sam Anselm (Michaela Coel), the estranged fashion designer who once shaped her image. Soon both are forced to confront the ghosts, literal and otherwise, that haunt them.
