Ethan Hunt’s latest adventure opens with an icy and adrenaline-fueled submarine sequence with VFX crafted by our beloFX team, led by VFX Supervisor Joel Green.
Utilising the power of Unreal Engine, USD and Solaris, our team employed a next-gen VFX pipeline to deliver 130 shots and bring the stealth submarine Sevastopol and its nail-biting opening sequence to the screen. From fully digital underwater shots to set extensions and a CG submarine, our work was meticulously crafted to achieve the unparalleled realism that defines the Mission: Impossible legacy.
