Giovanni is a VFX Supervisor with over 15 years of industry experience. He most recently served as VFX Supervisor on HBO’s series, ‘Our Flag Means Death’. Prior to this, Giovanni won a VES award for ‘Outstanding Effects Simulations in an Episode, Commercial, or Real-Time Project’ for his work as DFX Supervisor on Apple’s Emmy-nominated sci-fi series, ‘Foundation’. Before joining beloFX, Giovanni was DNEG's CG Supervisor for Netflix's ‘Altered Carbon 2’ and Hulu's ‘Catch-22’, receiving an ‘Outstanding Special Visual Effects’ Emmy nomination for the latter. Throughout his career, he has contributed to acclaimed titles such as ‘Ghost in the Shell’ (2017), ‘Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them’, ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’, ‘Paddington 2’ and ‘Suicide Squad’, among many others.
